The purpose of this program is to increase student’s school attendance. When a student has a number of unexcused absences, he/she is referred to Common Pathway to work with the student and their family to get the student back to school as soon possible.

The Lift-Up:

The LiftUp program is a high quality and culturally appropriate educational after school and summer programming that supports youth education and leadership development. This unique model also involves the parents, helping to bridge the gap between the older and younger generations while expanding networks and increasing knowledge of opportunities. Youth develop a plan to further their education.

The LiftUp provides tutoring and peer mentoring in a safe, supportive environment that focuses on skill building, cooperative learning, and leadership development.

Tutoring program:

Our coaches can help you with anything from finishing your homework to preparing for a test. We cover all elementary school, middle school and high school math subjects.

College advice: Ask us any question related to college! We can help you find affordable colleges to apply to, create a plan for finishing your application, brainstorm ideas for your personal statement, and more!


This program focuses to reduce Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACES) for refugee and immigrant youth. This program asses resources and gaps for youth mental health. This program also provides education and advocacy training to youth, parents and community partners in order to increase their knowledge and empower them to help children access the services they need.
